General Laborer Positions

Responsible for but not limited to general housekeeping, stacking product, inspecting product, loading and unloading product

Production Line Operator Positions

Positions are responsible for operating and monitoring equipment on a high-speed manufacturing line, as well as maintaining, adjusting, and performing minor repairs on associated equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting skills and previous experience operating machinery on a production line.

Maintenance Mechanic

Responsible in repairing and maintaining high-speed manufacturing production equipment. Addresses maintenance problems and performs maintenance activities under the direction of the Plant Manager and General Manager to troubleshoot, repair and continually improve operations. Assists and performs other responsibilities in other areas of the manufacturing operations as needed to ensure safety, quality, and productivity and housekeeping standards are met or exceeded.

Parkerford PA & Wrightstown NJ Manufacturing Operations

Forklift Operator

This role requires experience in operating forklifts in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment. Must be dependable and be able to maintain good attendance.  Must be able to work overtime and Saturdays as applicable

Parker Ford PA Manufacturing Operations

Mold Maintenance Technician

Responsible for the day to day upkeep of company molds performing all mold maintenance and repairs following established policies and procedures.  Completes routine preventative maintenance, rebuilds and replacements, and performs repairs.  Organizes and maintains mold inventories in preparation for production runs.
